Step-by-step guide to creating your first publish-ready content

Prerequisites

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • A topic or idea for your short-form video content

Your First Quick Run

Quick Run lets you generate content without signing in. Perfect for testing.

Step 1: Enter Your Topic

On the homepage, you'll see an input field. Enter your topic:

Example: "5 productivity tips for remote workers"

Step 2: Add a Goal (Optional)

The goal tells the AI what you want viewers to do after watching:

Example: "Get viewers to follow for more productivity content"

Step 3: Generate

Click Start Generating. The system will produce:

  1. Script — A complete oral script with One Big Promise and CTA
  2. Shotlist — Visual breakdown with on-screen text suggestions
  3. Publish Pack — Platform-optimized content for 4 platforms

Step 4: Copy and Use

Each output block has a copy button. Click to copy any section:

  • Copy the full script for your teleprompter
  • Copy individual platform posts directly to each app
  • Copy hashtags separately if needed

Creating an Account

Sign up to unlock the full workflow:

  • Projects — Organize content by theme or series
  • Version History — Every generation is saved
  • Style Profiles — Define your tone, persona, and preferences

Full Workflow Overview

Create Project → Start Run → Generate → Iterate → Set Final → Share

1. Create a Project

Projects group related content. A project has:

  • Title — Name your project (e.g., "Weekly Tech Tips")
  • Goal — What you want to achieve
  • Audience — Who you're creating for
  • Style Profile — (Optional) Your default voice and tone

2. Start a Run

A Run is one execution of the content pipeline. Each Run:

  • Is tied to a specific template version for reproducibility
  • Produces versions at each step
  • Can be iterated without losing history

3. Walk Through the Pipeline

The pipeline guides you through 5 steps:

  1. Brief — Define topic, audience, goal, key points
  2. Hook — Choose hook style, get 3 options
  3. Script — Generate full oral script with timing
  4. Shotlist — Get visual breakdown
  5. Publish Pack — Get 4-platform content

4. Iterate and Refine

After generating, you can:

  • Edit any field directly
  • Regenerate a step with modified inputs
  • Rewrite — Select text, describe your intent, get 3 alternatives

Each change creates a new version. Previous versions are preserved.

5. Set Final

When you're satisfied with a version, mark it as Final:

  • Only Final versions can be shared
  • One Final per step per Run
  • You can change which version is Final at any time

6. Share

Create a public share page:

  • Read-only view of your Final content
  • Desensitized by default (emails, phone numbers redacted)
  • Revocable at any time
  • Others can clone your template (requires sign-in)

Define Clear Goals

Use Key Points

Add 3-5 key points to guide the content:

- Point 1: The curiosity gap technique
- Point 2: Personalization at scale
- Point 3: Urgency without being spammy
